My approach can lead to dramatic improvement in a short amount of time. Most importantly, the holistic path is premised on you recovering your independence — your mind-body is the healer, I am a guide, a fellow traveler, and a facilitator of your healing.
PT’s aim is to put you back in control, which is the key to reducing pain. The manual and interventional aspects of PT can help facilitate the healing that the body wants to make happen. We have a lot of ways to do that. We ground it in how you can use your own movement to heal yourself.
